Order from Chaos
It seems to me that we are rapidly approaching the Iraqization of America.
Although Iraq seems completely in disarray and about to break down into civil war, one can presume this is the mid-term goal of the US corporatocracy. A divided population can much more easily be manipulated and a divided population under attack can be even more easily ignored as long as they're fighting each other. As the recent "discovery" of the theft of a billion dollars shows.
We can also presume that Mr. O (or U) bin Laden is still an agent of the US corporatocracy as he has been left in place in his position of arch-villain for use by the corporatocracy and their controlled media. He may no longer physically exist, but this doesn't matter. But I digress...
The citizenry of our country has been and is being assaulted on all fronts by our own government. EVERYTHING that can possibly be controlled by the corporatocracy is either being controlled, about to be controlled, or research is being conducted to determine how it can be controlled in the future. As is the case in Iraq.
In Iraq we have the construction of PERMANENT military bases. In America we have the use of voting machines owned by the corporatocracy, whose software is also produced and owned by the corporatocracy.
In Iraq we have no-bid contracts; in New Orleans we have no-bid contracts.
In Iraq we have Abu Grahib; in New Orleans (and other cities, I'm sure) we have prisoner abuse as well. http://www.iht.com/articles/2005/10/02/news/inmate.php
In Iraq we have fundamentalists insisting a theocracy be established, just like we have here. http://www.nationalreview.com/kurtz/kurtz200505020944.asp
In Iraq we have a population divided along religious, economic and political polarities. Sound familiar?
In Iraq we have puppet courts and puppet government. Deja Vu?
But my point is this is NOT chaos. This is the logical extension into an ultra-high tech world of the old maxims, "Divide and Conquer" and "To the Victor go the Spoils".
The corporatocracy has managed to pull off the biggest theft in all of history: the theft of the American Gross National Product, turning it into an $8,000,000,000,000 debt. That's 8 trillion dollars. . . gone. That's the entire GNP for the next 8 years.
And we are incarcerating more individuals than any other country in the world. http://www.prisonsucks.com/
And the gap between the rich and poor is increasing dramatically. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A34235-2004Sep19.html
